A prize is awarded only when it is won under these Terms, and a prize that is not won is not awarded or payable, except as provided in clause 4.2 (early close).

F. Permits / Authorities

New South Wales: Trade Promotion Authority No. TP/04786. Western Australia: these Terms are lodged with the Gaming and Wagering Commission before commencement. Victoria, Queensland and Tasmania: no permit required.

G. Entry Cost

Free to enter. There is no fee to participate other than the cost of an Eligible Purchase at its normal price. Goods and services purchased must be sold at no more than the price ordinarily charged.

H. How Mystery Boxes and Chances are earned

Eligible Purchases earn two things: Mystery Boxes and Chances (see Schedule B and clauses 6 and 7). Mystery Boxes are set by the spend counted: AUD $1 to $19, two (2); AUD $20 to $49, three (3); AUD $50 to $99, four (4); AUD $100 to $174, five (5); AUD $175 or more, six (6). In store, the spend counted is the receipt total. Online, it is the participant's total spend at one Participating Trader on one calendar day (Melbourne time), however many orders are placed (clause 6.3). Chances: in store at a Participating Venue, one (1) Chance for each AUD $1 of the receipt total. Online through the Prizecart platform, one and a half (1.5) Chances for each AUD $1 spent at a Featured store, one and a quarter (1.25) Chances for each AUD $1 spent at a Plus store, and one (1) Chance for each AUD $1 spent at a Standard store. Amounts are rounded down to the nearest whole AUD $1 before the bands and rates are applied, and Chances are rounded down to the nearest whole Chance. Spend of less than AUD $1 earns nothing. Limits: one receipt per Participating Venue per participant per calendar day (Melbourne time), and a maximum of 1,000 Chances per participant in any rolling seven (7) day period, counting both channels. No other limit applies to the spend counted. Bonus Mystery Boxes and Chances may also be given under clause 6.4. See clause 6.

I. Confirmation Period (online purchases)

Commonly 60 to 120 days from the Eligible Transaction date, and longer where the relevant merchant's refund or chargeback window is longer or where a return, claim or dispute is pending. The Promoter may confirm earlier at its discretion (see clause 10.2). In-store wins, and wins on bonus Chances or bonus Mystery Boxes that are not linked to a purchase, do not have a Confirmation Period, unless the prize depends on a Set Piece from an online order that has not yet been confirmed (see clauses 10.1 and 10.2).

J. Payment Processing Period

In-store wins, and wins on bonus Chances or bonus Mystery Boxes not linked to a purchase: paid within 30 days of the win. Online wins: paid within 30 days of the participant becoming a Confirmed Winner. In every case, payment is made within one month, and for Victorian residents within 28 days (see clause 10.4).

K. Privacy Policy

https://prizecart.app/privacy

L. In-store component

Mystery Boxes and Chances can be earned on purchases at Participating Venues, which are listed at https://prizecart.app/stores. Venues may be added to (or removed from) that list during the Promotional Period; a purchase earns Mystery Boxes and Chances only if the venue is a Participating Venue at the time of purchase. Some Participating Venues may hold a liquor licence. The Promotion is not offered as an inducement to purchase or consume liquor, no Chance is issued in connection with the play of a gaming machine, and no Participating Venue offers the Promotion as an inducement to gamble.

M. Maximum prizes per participant

There is no limit on the number of Set Prizes a participant may win. A Set Prize may be won more than once by the same participant while that prize remains available (clause 8.2). The Instant Win Prize can be won once only in the Season, by whichever Chance wins it first.

Schedule B — Prizes, Set Pieces and Quantities

How the Promotion works. Eligible Purchases earn Mystery Boxes and Chances, as set out in Schedule A item H. When they are scanned, a random number generator (RNG) operated by the Promoter determines, at that moment and solely by chance, what each Mystery Box holds and what each Chance reveals:

  • Each Mystery Box always holds one Set Piece: a Common piece or a Rare piece, from any Set. A Mystery Box never holds a Rarest piece or a prize.
  • Each Chance reveals the Rarest piece of one Set, the Instant Win Prize, or nothing ("No Win"). A Chance never reveals a Common piece or a Rare piece. Most Chances reveal No Win.

Every Mystery Box has exactly the same chance of holding each Set Piece as every other Mystery Box, and every Chance has exactly the same chance of each outcome as every other Chance, whoever holds it, whatever they have spent, wherever they shopped and whatever Set Pieces they already hold. How much a participant spends affects only how many Mystery Boxes and Chances they earn.

Set Pieces are not equally likely. Every Set has one "Rarest piece", one "Rare piece" and one or two "Common pieces", named in the table below. Rarest pieces are found only by Chances, and far less often than any other piece; the higher the value of a Set Prize, the rarer its Rarest piece, so a higher-value Set takes many more Chances to complete than a lower-value Set. Rare pieces and Common pieces are found only in Mystery Boxes and as Welcome Set Pieces (clause 7.5), and a Mystery Box holds a Rare piece less often than a Common piece.

Winning a Set Prize. A Set Prize is won when a participant holds every Set Piece in that Set at the same time: its Common and Rare pieces (from Mystery Boxes, or as Welcome Set Pieces under clause 7.5) and its Rarest piece (from a Chance). Whichever Mystery Box or Chance reveals the final missing piece wins the Set Prize. A Rarest piece on its own wins nothing. On a win, all of that Set's pieces are handed in, the participant's Set resets to empty, and the Set can be won again while any of that Set Prize remains available (clause 8.2).

Quantities are maximums. The number of each prize in the table below is the maximum number of that prize that can be won in the Season, across both channels combined. Once the maximum number of a Set Prize has been awarded, that Set Prize is exhausted and no further win of that Set is possible. A prize that is not won by the end of the Season is not awarded, except as provided in clause 4.2.

  • Everyday Set — Set Prize $5; 3 pieces (Rarest piece: Matcha; Rare piece: Coffee; Common piece: Acai); maximum 70 prizes in the Season; maximum total $350.
  • Active Set — Set Prize $10; 4 pieces (Rarest piece: Dumbbell; Rare piece: Runner; Common pieces: Padel, Tumbler); maximum 12 prizes in the Season; maximum total $120.
  • Home Set — Set Prize $25; 4 pieces (Rarest piece: Record Player; Rare piece: Couch; Common pieces: Mushroom Lamp, Plant); maximum 3 prizes in the Season; maximum total $75.
  • Accessories Set — Set Prize $50; 4 pieces (Rarest piece: Tote Bag; Rare piece: Crossbody; Common pieces: Sunnies, Cap); maximum 2 prizes in the Season; maximum total $100.
  • Wardrobe Set — Set Prize $100; 4 pieces (Rarest piece: Jeans; Rare piece: Denim; Common pieces: Hoodie, Sneakers); maximum 1 prize in the Season; maximum total $100.
  • Wellness Set — Set Prize $250; 4 pieces (Rarest piece: Massage Gun; Rare piece: Fragrance; Common pieces: LED Mask, Skin Care); maximum 1 prize in the Season; maximum total $250.
  • Travel Set — Set Prize $500; 4 pieces (Rarest piece: Camera; Rare piece: Plane; Common pieces: Passport, Suitcase); maximum 1 prize in the Season; maximum total $500.
  • Tech Set — Set Prize $5,000; 4 pieces (Rarest piece: Phone; Rare piece: Headphones; Common pieces: TV, Console); maximum 1 prize in the Season; maximum total $5,000.
  • Instant Win Prize — $1,000. Won directly by a single Chance. Not part of any Set and no Set Pieces are required. Maximum number of prizes in the Season: 1; maximum total $1,000.
  • Total — 8 Sets, 31 Set Pieces; maximum total $7,495.

Rarest pieces are found only by Chances; Rare and Common pieces only in Mystery Boxes and as Welcome Set Pieces. All prizes are paid in cash by electronic funds transfer (clause 8.1). Set names and Set Piece names are illustrative only; the prize is the cash amount shown (clause 2.1).

Mystery Boxes per scan. The number of Mystery Boxes is set by the spend counted (Schedule A item H):

Spend counted (whole AUD $) — Mystery Boxes

  • $1 to $19 — 2
  • $20 to $49 — 3
  • $50 to $99 — 4
  • $100 to $174 — 5
  • $175 or more — 6

In store, the spend counted is the receipt total, and one receipt per Participating Venue per participant per calendar day earns Mystery Boxes and Chances. Online, the spend counted is the participant's total spend at one Participating Trader on one calendar day, however many orders are placed; a later order that lifts the day's total into a higher band earns only the extra Mystery Boxes for that band (clause 6.3). The number of Mystery Boxes depends only on the spend counted, never on the Set Pieces a participant holds. The more Mystery Boxes a participant opens, the more Common and Rare pieces they collect; the more Chances they earn, the more likely they are to find a Rarest piece or the Instant Win Prize. The likelihood attached to each Mystery Box and each Chance never changes, except as stated in clause 7.2.

No prize jackpots, accumulates or rolls over into any other prize.

Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

"Chance" means a digital chance to win in the Promotion, earned on an Eligible Purchase at the rates in Schedule A item H, or given as a bonus Chance under clause 6.4. A Chance can reveal only the Rarest piece of a Set, the Instant Win Prize or No Win (clause 7.4). The outcome of each Chance is determined through a random number generator (RNG) operated by the Promoter, independently, at the time the Chance is scanned, and is not predetermined.

"Scan" means the action by which Mystery Boxes and Chances are processed so that the outcome of each is determined and displayed. For an in-store purchase, they are scanned when the participant scans the receipt in the Application. For an online purchase, they are scanned when the order is registered in the Application. Bonus Mystery Boxes and Chances are scanned when the participant opens them in the Application. In these Terms, "scan", "open" and "reveal" (and their grammatical forms) are used interchangeably.

"Mystery Box" means a digital box earned on an Eligible Purchase under Schedule A item H, or given as a bonus Mystery Box under clause 6.4. Each Mystery Box holds one Common piece or Rare piece, determined by the RNG when it is scanned (clause 7.3), and never holds a Rarest piece or a prize.

"No Win" means the outcome of a Chance that reveals no Set Piece and no prize.

"Set" means one of the eight named collections of Set Pieces described in Schedule B.

"Set Piece" means a digital collectible forming part of a Set, revealed in a Mystery Box or by a Chance, or provided as a Welcome Set Piece under clause 7.5.

"Rarest piece", "Rare piece" and "Common piece" have the meanings given in Schedule B.

"Welcome Set Pieces" means the three Set Pieces provided once per account under clause 7.5.

"Set Prize" means the cash prize for a Set described in Schedule B, won by holding every Set Piece in that Set (clause 8.2).

"Instant Win Prize" means the AUD $1,000 prize described in Schedule B, won directly by a single Chance (clause 8.4).

"Participating Trader" means an independent online retailer whose goods or services can be purchased through the Prizecart platform and are the subject of this Promotion.

"Participating Venue" means an independent physical store, cafe or other business listed at https://prizecart.app/stores at the time of purchase, at which purchases earn Chances by receipt scan.

"Associated Business" means, in relation to a Participating Venue or Participating Trader, any other business that is under the same ownership or control, trades under the same franchise or brand name, shares an Australian Business Number with it, or is a related body corporate of it.

"Eligible Purchase" means a purchase of goods or services made by the participant, for the participant's own use, either (a) from a Participating Trader via the Prizecart platform, or (b) in person at a Participating Venue and evidenced by an Eligible Receipt, in each case in accordance with these Terms.

"Eligible Receipt" means an itemised receipt or tax invoice issued by a Participating Venue for a purchase made by the participant, which is scanned in the Application within 48 hours of the time of purchase shown on it and satisfies clause 6.2.

"Eligible Transaction" means an Eligible Purchase that has not been cancelled, refunded, reversed or subject to chargeback.

"Provisional Winner" means a participant whose online scan displays a prize outcome pending Confirmation under clause 10.2.

"Confirmed Winner" means a participant who has satisfied all Confirmation requirements under these Terms, or who has won a prize in store under clause 10.1.

"Maximum Prize Pool" means the amount stated in Schedule A item E (inclusive of GST where applicable).

"Promotional Period" or "Season" means the period specified in Schedule A item C.

"Application" means the Prizecart website and mobile application.

All times in these Terms are Melbourne, Victoria time.

2. Promoter, Participating Traders and Participating Venues

Promoter: Prizecart Pty Ltd (ABN 47 688 017 692) of Victoria, Australia. Prizecart operates a digital shopping platform and a network of Participating Venues. This Promotion is conducted solely by Prizecart.

Participating Traders and Participating Venues are independent businesses whose goods or services are the subject of this Promotion. They are not promoters, co-promoters or prize suppliers and bear no responsibility for the conduct of this Promotion. All prizes are funded and provided by the Promoter. Each Participating Trader and Participating Venue has agreed with Prizecart to join the Prizecart platform and to take part in this Promotion.

By entering, you acknowledge that Prizecart is the sole Promoter of this trade promotion, and that any questions or complaints should be directed to Prizecart, not to a Participating Trader or Participating Venue. A list of Participating Traders is available at https://reveal.prizecart.app/shop?category=all and a list of Participating Venues is available at https://prizecart.app/stores. Both lists may be updated during the Promotion, including by adding venues that join after the Promotional Period begins.

2.1 Set artwork and Set names. The brands, products or destinations that may appear in Set artwork, Set names or Set Piece artwork do not sponsor, endorse, supply or administer the Promotion. Set names and Set Piece artwork are illustrative of a theme and do not represent the prize awarded, which is the cash amount stated in Schedule B.

3. Prize Allocation

Every prize in this Promotion is won through the Promoter's RNG: a Set Prize by holding every Set Piece in the Set, with its Common and Rare pieces from Mystery Boxes (or as Welcome Set Pieces) and its Rarest piece from a Chance (clause 8.2); and the Instant Win Prize by a single Chance (clause 8.4). What each Mystery Box holds and what each Chance reveals is determined through the RNG at the time of the scan. This Promotion is a game of chance; skill plays no part, and no payment or action can improve the chance that any particular Mystery Box or Chance reveals any particular outcome.

Each Mystery Box and each Chance carries an equal chance of each outcome: every Mystery Box the same as every other Mystery Box, and every Chance the same as every other Chance in the Promotion, regardless of the Set Pieces the participant already holds and regardless of any participant's history, spend, choice of Participating Trader or Participating Venue, or account activity. Spend affects only how many Mystery Boxes and Chances a participant earns (Schedule A item H).

The Promoter does not guarantee that any particular prize will be won during the Promotion. All prizes are subject to the maximum numbers in Schedule B.

4. Promotional Period, Early Close and Cancellation

4.1 Period. The Promotion opens for each participant at 12:01am on the State Start Date for the State or Territory in which they reside (Schedule A item C), and closes for everyone at 11:59pm on 27 November 2026, unless closed earlier under clause 4.2. Mystery Boxes and Chances are issued only on Eligible Purchases made on or after the participant's State Start Date and before the close of the Promotion.

4.2 Early close. Subject to any approval required from a relevant State or Territory trade promotion authority, the Promoter may close the Promotion before 27 November 2026 by giving notice in the Application and on the Prizecart website. If the Promotion is closed early:

  • no further Chances are issued after the time of closure; and
  • every Set Prize (up to the maximum number in Schedule B) and the Instant Win Prize that has not been won by the time of closure is awarded by computerised random draw, in which every Chance issued during the Season up to the time of closure is one entry, conducted within seven (7) days of closure at the Promoter's premises, with one prize awarded per entry drawn.

Winners of prizes awarded under this clause are notified and published under clause 10.5.

4.3 Cancellation or suspension. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation and to any necessary approval or direction of the relevant State or Territory trade promotion authority.

4.4 End of Season. At the close of the Season (whether on 27 November 2026 or earlier under clause 4.2), all Set Pieces (including Welcome Set Pieces) and all Set progress expire and confer no entitlement to any prize. Set Pieces and Set progress do not carry over into any subsequent season or promotion. This clause applies to this Promotion only. It does not affect any non-promotional account feature, none of which forms part of this Promotion or confers any entitlement to a prize.

5. Eligibility

5.1 Who can enter. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older in the Eligible States/Territories specified in Schedule A. Any Mystery Boxes or Chances generated by a person who is within clause 5.2(a) or 5.2(b) will be invalid and will not result in prize eligibility. Clause 5.2(c) does not make a person ineligible; it restricts only where that person earns Chances. The Prizecart platform is intended for persons aged 18 and over; the Promoter has elected not to permit entry or winning by persons under 18 (whether or not parental or guardian consent is given).

5.2 Who cannot participate, and who cannot win.

(a) Prizecart personnel. The directors, officers, employees and contractors of the Promoter, and their immediate family members, may not enter, participate in, or win any prize in this Promotion.

(b) Management of a Participating Venue or Participating Trader. The owners, proprietors, partners and directors of a Participating Venue or Participating Trader, and any person involved in its management, including any person involved in the management of its franchisor, head office or parent entity, may not win any prize in this Promotion. This applies wherever the purchase was made and is not limited to the business that person is connected with.

(c) Other people who work at a Participating Venue or Participating Trader. Any other person who works at a Participating Venue or Participating Trader may enter and win in this Promotion. They do not earn Mystery Boxes or Chances on a purchase made at the business they work for, or at an Associated Business of it, and any Mystery Box or Chance issued on such a purchase is void and confers no entitlement to a prize. This restriction applies whatever their role. It does not otherwise limit their participation, and they may earn Mystery Boxes and Chances and win prizes on purchases made anywhere else.

(d) Immediate family. "Immediate family member" means a spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto partner, child or step-child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin. Paragraph (a) extends to immediate family members. Paragraphs (b) and (c) do not.

(e) Effect. If a person within paragraph (a) or (b) purportedly wins a prize, that entry is disqualified and the prize is dealt with as an unclaimed prize under clause 11.2. A person who has breached these Terms, or engaged in fraudulent or improper conduct in relation to the Promotion, is also ineligible.

5.3 South Australia. South Australian residents are not eligible to enter or win in this Promotion at this time. They may browse and shop via the platform, but any Mystery Boxes or Chances they generate will not give rise to prize eligibility.

5.4 Australian Capital Territory. Residents of the Australian Capital Territory are not eligible to enter or win in this Promotion. They may browse and shop via the platform, but any Mystery Boxes or Chances they generate will not give rise to prize eligibility.

5.5 Northern Territory. Residents of the Northern Territory are not eligible to enter or win in this Promotion. They may browse and shop via the platform, but any Mystery Boxes or Chances they generate will not give rise to prize eligibility.

6. How to Participate and Earn Chances

6.1 Online purchases. To participate online, an eligible entrant must make an Eligible Purchase of goods or services from a Participating Trader via the Prizecart platform and complete any required post-purchase confirmation steps prompted by Prizecart (such as confirming participation via a widget, link or email confirmation). Gift cards, prepaid vouchers, store credit, cash-equivalent items and non-genuine products are excluded.

6.2 In-store purchases. To participate in store, an eligible entrant must make a purchase in person at a Participating Venue, then in the Application select the venue (or allow the Application to identify it), and photograph and submit the receipt for that purchase. The Application checks that the receipt was issued by a Participating Venue, that it is dated within the Promotional Period and scanned within 48 hours of the purchase time shown on it, that it has not already been scanned by any participant, and its total. Mystery Boxes and Chances are issued on the validated total under Schedule A item H and clause 6.3. The following rules apply:

  • one receipt per Participating Venue per participant per calendar day. A second receipt from the same venue on the same day issues no Mystery Boxes and no Chances;
  • the receipt must be for the participant's own purchase. Receipts belonging to other customers, receipts obtained from a venue's staff without a matching purchase, discarded receipts, and receipts for purchases that were refunded, are not Eligible Receipts. A receipt that has been altered, duplicated, reprinted for the purpose of the Promotion, fabricated, digitally created, or generated or modified by artificial intelligence or any other software, is not an Eligible Receipt, confers no Mystery Boxes or Chances and confers no entitlement to any prize;
  • the venue's identity is verified from the receipt. A receipt that cannot be matched to a Participating Venue issues no Mystery Boxes and no Chances;
  • where the total on a receipt cannot be read, the Promoter may issue Mystery Boxes and Chances on the amount it can reasonably verify, or ask the participant to rescan;
  • the Promoter may check any receipt against the issuing venue’s own transaction records, and a receipt that does not correspond to a genuine transaction at that venue is not an Eligible Receipt and confers nothing;
  • the Promoter may require the participant to produce the original receipt at any time, including after a prize has been paid (clauses 10.1 and 12.3).

Receipt images are used only to validate the purchase and issue Mystery Boxes and Chances, are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for that validation and for the investigation of any suspected breach, and are otherwise deleted. See clause 14.

6.3 Mystery Boxes, Chances and rounding. Mystery Boxes and Chances are earned under Schedule A item H. The bands and rates are displayed in the Application before and at the time of purchase.

  • Mystery Boxes are set by the band the spend counted falls in. In store, the spend counted is the validated receipt total. Online, it is the participant's total spend at one Participating Trader on one calendar day (Melbourne time), across all orders that day: the first order earns the Mystery Boxes for its band, and each later order that day earns only the extra Mystery Boxes, if any, needed to reach the band for the day's new total. Those Mystery Boxes are scanned with the order that earns them.
  • Chances are earned on each receipt or order: in store, one Chance for each whole AUD $1 of the receipt total; online, one and a half Chances for each whole AUD $1 spent at a Featured store, one and a quarter Chances for each whole AUD $1 spent at a Plus store, and one Chance for each whole AUD $1 spent at a Standard store.
  • Partial dollar amounts, and any part of a Chance, are rounded down. Spend of less than AUD $1 earns nothing. There is no separate fee to participate.

For example, a participant who spends $30 and later $90 at the same Featured store on the same day earns 3 Mystery Boxes and 45 Chances on the first order, then 2 more Mystery Boxes (the day's $120 total is in the 5-box band) and 135 Chances on the second.

6.4 Bonus Chances and bonus Mystery Boxes. The Promoter may from time to time offer additional Chances or additional Mystery Boxes beyond those earned under Schedule A item H, in connection with promoting trade at Participating Venues and Participating Traders. They may be offered on any basis the Promoter chooses, including as part of a limited-time offer, for completing a quest or other in-app activity, a referral, a sign-up or welcome offer, a nominated Participating Venue or Participating Trader, a nominated product category, a minimum spend, or any other campaign the Promoter runs during the Promotional Period. This includes completing a challenge set by the Promoter and shown in the Application, for example watching an advertisement in the Application, or scanning an Eligible Receipt that includes a nominated product as a line item. Where they are offered, the offer and its conditions are disclosed in the Application at the time and apply on the published conditions to every participant who satisfies them. A bonus Chance is in all respects an ordinary Chance, and a bonus Mystery Box in all respects an ordinary Mystery Box, and each is subject to these Terms; bonus Chances count toward the weekly limit in clause 6.6. The Promoter decides whether, when and on what terms to offer them and is not obliged to offer them.

6.5 Chance allocation and integrity. Mystery Boxes and Chances are allocated to the participant's Prizecart account and are scanned as described in clause 1. A Mystery Box or Chance generates its outcome only when it is scanned, and no prize is awarded unless and until it is scanned.

If an online Eligible Purchase is cancelled, refunded, returned, reversed or charged back: the Chances issued on it and any provisional prize allocations associated with it are void; the Mystery Boxes for that Participating Trader and day are recalculated on what remains of the day's total, and any Mystery Box no longer earned is void; the Set Pieces revealed in void Mystery Boxes and by void Chances are removed; and the participant's Sets and Set progress are adjusted accordingly. The adjustment is applied once detected and will be shown in the Application. An in-store purchase that is refunded by the venue after Chances have been issued is treated the same way if the Promoter becomes aware of it. The Promoter may require proof of purchase and may disqualify entries obtained through automated, fraudulent or improper means.

Mystery Boxes, Chances and Set Pieces are personal to the participant. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, gifted, traded or exchanged, and have no value outside this Promotion.

6.6 Participation limits. The following limits apply and are disclosed in the Application: one receipt per Participating Venue per participant per calendar day; online Mystery Boxes are set by the day's total spend at each Participating Trader (clause 6.3); and a maximum of 1,000 Chances per participant in any rolling seven (7) day period, counting both channels and bonus Chances. Chances above the weekly limit are not issued, but the Mystery Boxes earned on the same scan are. No other limit applies to the spend counted on a receipt or order. The Promoter may impose additional reasonable limits to protect fairness and system integrity, and will disclose them in the Application. Each participant is permitted only one (1) Prizecart account.

6.7 No entry fee. There is no charge to participate other than the cost of an Eligible Purchase at its normal price. No fee is charged for submitting an entry, scanning a receipt or registering.

7. Mystery Box and Chance Mechanics

This Promotion is a game of chance. What each Mystery Box holds and what each Chance reveals is determined through the Promoter's RNG, independently at the time of the scan, and solely by chance.

7.1 Equal chance and concealment. Each Mystery Box gives rise to the same chance of each Set Piece as every other Mystery Box, and each Chance to the same chance of each outcome as every other Chance, regardless of the Set Pieces the participant already holds and regardless of any participant's history, spend, choice of Participating Trader or Participating Venue, or account activity. The Promoter's systems are designed and operated so that outcomes cannot be detected by any person before the relevant Mystery Box or Chance has been earned and scanned. The outcome of a Mystery Box or Chance is not determinable before it is processed. Information relating to the RNG and its operation, including logs sufficient to demonstrate that outcomes occurred at the programmed likelihoods, will be made available to the relevant trade promotion authority on request.

7.2 Allocation methodology. The likelihood of each outcome of a Mystery Box and of a Chance is fixed by the Promoter's pre-programmed methodology before the Promotion commences, is identical in store and online, and does not change with the level of participation during the Promotional Period. The only changes during the Season are that an outcome is withdrawn once its prize is exhausted, as stated in Schedule B and clauses 8.3 and 8.4: once the Instant Win Prize has been won, no Chance can reveal it; and once the maximum number of a Set Prize has been awarded, no Chance can reveal that Set's Rarest piece, and Mystery Boxes are filled from the Common and Rare pieces of the Sets still available. A withdrawn outcome is restored if the award that exhausted it is voided.

7.3 What a Mystery Box holds. Each Mystery Box holds exactly one Set Piece: a Common piece or a Rare piece, of any Set. Whether it holds a Common or a Rare piece, and which one, is determined by the RNG, and a Mystery Box holds a Rare piece less often than a Common piece. A Mystery Box never holds a Rarest piece, the Instant Win Prize or No Win, but the Set Piece it holds can complete a Set and win its Set Prize (clause 8.2). A Mystery Box may hold a Set Piece the participant already holds (clause 7.6).

7.4 What a Chance reveals. Each Chance reveals one of the following: the Rarest piece of one Set; the Instant Win Prize; or No Win. Which outcome it reveals is determined by the RNG. A Rarest piece is revealed far less often the higher the value of its Set, as described in Schedule B, and most Chances reveal No Win. A Chance never reveals a Common piece or a Rare piece. A Chance may reveal a Rarest piece the participant already holds (clause 7.6).

How a scan is shown. The presentation of a scan, including the order in which boxes open, how results are grouped and any animation, is decorative only and has no bearing on any outcome, all of which are determined by the RNG before they are displayed.

7.5 Welcome Set Pieces. On completing the starter activity in the Application, each new account is provided once with three Welcome Set Pieces, chosen at random by the Application from the Common pieces of the following Sets: one from the Tech Set (TV or Console), one from the Travel Set (Passport or Suitcase), and one from either the Wellness Set (LED Mask or Skin Care) or the Wardrobe Set (Hoodie or Sneakers). Welcome Set Pieces count toward completing their Set in the same way as Set Pieces revealed in Mystery Boxes. They are not Mystery Boxes or Chances, are provided once per account (and once per person across any linked or associated accounts), and expire under clause 4.4.

7.6 Duplicates. A participant may receive a Set Piece they already hold. A duplicate Set Piece is shown as a count on the piece, confers nothing further, cannot be exchanged, redeemed or converted, and does not affect any participant's chance of winning.

7.7 System errors and excess claims. If an outcome is displayed due to a technical malfunction, system error, coding fault, connectivity issue or other error beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may (to the extent permitted by law, acting reasonably, on the basis of verifiable system records, and subject to State or Territory regulation) declare the displayed outcome void and re-run the affected Mystery Box or Chance in accordance with the intended system logic. Where it does so, the Promoter will retain records of the malfunction, will act in accordance with any regulatory directions, and will notify the affected participant with reasons. A re-run under this clause corrects a system malfunction only and is not a redraw of a validly won prize. A system or production error will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim and, except in the case of fraud or ineligibility under these Terms, valid prize claims will be honoured. Nothing in this clause requires the Promoter to award more than the maximum number of a prize stated in Schedule B, or to exceed the Maximum Prize Pool, where the excess arises from an error, a defect or conduct under clause 12.2.

7.8 Security incidents. If the Promoter reasonably believes that the platform, an account, or any system used to issue Mystery Boxes or Chances, validate receipts, allocate Set Pieces or determine outcomes has been subject to unauthorised access, interference, tampering, exploitation of a defect, malicious code, denial-of-service, credential compromise or any other security incident, the Promoter may, acting reasonably and subject to State or Territory regulation: suspend the Promotion, the platform, or any account, in whole or in part; suspend or void any Mystery Box, Chance, Set Piece, Set progress or provisional prize outcome that was affected by, or issued or displayed during, the incident; decline to confirm, and decline to pay, any prize affected by the incident; and require re-verification of any account before restoring access. The Promoter will keep records of the incident and of any action taken, will notify affected participants, and will act in accordance with any applicable notification obligation and any direction of a relevant regulator or trade promotion authority. Where a prize was validly won and is unaffected by the incident, this clause does not permit the Promoter to withdraw it. Where a prize has already been paid and is later found to have arisen from a security incident or from exploitation of a defect, clause 12.3 applies.

8. Prizes

8.1 Form of prizes. Every prize in this Promotion is a cash prize in the amount stated in Schedule B, paid by electronic funds transfer to an Australian bank account in the winner's own name nominated in the Application. Where a cash prize exceeds AUD $1,000, payment will be offered by cheque or by deposit into an Australian ADI account and made as soon as reasonably practicable after the winner is determined. Prize values are inclusive of any applicable GST and are correct as at the date of these Terms.

8.2 Set Prizes, hand-in and winning again. A Set is built up from Set Pieces. A Set Piece has no standalone cash value, cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, traded or redeemed separately, and does not of itself confer any entitlement to a prize. Set Pieces remain the property of the Promoter at all times and are licensed to participants on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis solely for participation in this Promotion.

A Set Prize is won at the moment a participant holds every Set Piece in that Set at the same time, each obtained from a Mystery Box, a Chance or as a Welcome Set Piece. Whichever Mystery Box or Chance reveals the final missing Set Piece wins the Set Prize. A participant who holds some but not all of the Set Pieces in a Set, including the Rarest piece, has won nothing.

On a win, every Set Piece of that Set is handed in and removed from the participant's account, the Set resets to empty, and the participant may win that Set Prize again during the Season by collecting every Set Piece again, for as long as that Set Prize remains available under clause 8.3.

8.3 Maximum numbers and exhaustion. The maximum number of each Set Prize that can be won in the Season is stated in Schedule B, across both channels combined. Once that number has been awarded (including awards that are provisional under clause 10.2), the Set Prize is exhausted: no further Mystery Box or Chance can complete that Set for a prize, its Set Pieces are withdrawn under clause 7.2, and Set Pieces of that Set held by any participant confer nothing. Where two participants complete the same Set at the same moment and only one prize remains, the win recorded first by the Promoter's systems is awarded. If a provisional award is later voided under clause 10.2, that prize, and that Set's Set Pieces, become available again for the remainder of the Season. The aggregate value of all prizes awarded in this Promotion will not exceed the Maximum Prize Pool.

8.4 Instant Win Prize. One Chance in the Season may reveal the Instant Win Prize of AUD $1,000. It is won directly by that Chance, is not part of any Set and requires no Set Pieces. Once it has been won (including provisionally under clause 10.2), no further Chance can reveal it. If a provisional win of the Instant Win Prize is later voided under clause 10.2, it becomes available again for the remainder of the Season.

8.5 No limit per participant. There is no limit on the number of Set Prizes a participant may win during the Season, and a participant may win the same Set Prize more than once, subject only to the maximum numbers in Schedule B. The Promoter may aggregate linked or associated accounts for the purpose of applying any limit in these Terms.

8.6 Prohibited goods. No prohibited goods or services — including tobacco products, firearms, antique firearms or ammunition, dangerous articles or prohibited weapons, cosmetic surgery or similar procedures, or any goods or services that are unlawful to supply in any Eligible State or Territory — are offered as prizes in, or as an inducement to participate in, this Promotion.

9. Winning Notifications & Prize Integrity

9.1 Notification. A scan shows immediately, on screen within the participant's Prizecart account, the Set Pieces it revealed and whether a prize has been won. An in-store win, and a win on a bonus Chance or bonus Mystery Box that is not linked to a purchase, is a win at that moment, except as provided in clause 10.1. An online win is provisional until Confirmation (clause 10.2), and a participant shown an online winning outcome is a Provisional Winner. It is the participant's responsibility to keep their contact and payment details correct and current.

9.2 Fairness and integrity. The RNG is designed to ensure randomness and fairness in accordance with applicable laws. The Promoter may conduct internal or independent audits of the RNG as required by law or a regulatory authority, and will keep records of prize outcomes.

9.3 Prizes are personal. A prize cannot be sold, assigned, transferred or exchanged. A prize will be paid only to the Confirmed Winner, and only to a bank account in that person's own name. If for any reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control a prize cannot be paid in the form stated, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any necessary approval or direction of the relevant State or Territory trade promotion authority.

10. Prize Claiming, Delivery & Publication

10.1 In-store wins, and wins on bonus Chances and bonus Mystery Boxes. A prize won on the scan of an Eligible Receipt, or on a bonus Chance or bonus Mystery Box issued under clause 6.4 that is not linked to a purchase, is won at the time of the scan and is not provisional, unless it is a Set Prize that depends on a Set Piece revealed on an online order that has not yet been confirmed, in which case clause 10.2 applies to it. Otherwise, the participant is a Confirmed Winner from that moment, subject to clause 12, and the prize is paid within 30 days, and in any event within one month, to the bank account nominated in the participant's account. A participant is not required to keep the original receipt. The Promoter reserves the right to ask the participant to produce it, and to provide proof of identity, age and residency, before or after payment, and such a request does not delay payment beyond that period. Failure to produce an original receipt is not, on its own, a ground for disqualification or for withholding a prize. A receipt that is found not to be an Eligible Receipt is dealt with under clause 12.

10.2 Online wins and Confirmation. A prize outcome displayed on an online scan is provisional only. A participant becomes a Confirmed Winner only once: (a) the Eligible Transaction has been verified as completed and not cancelled, refunded, returned, reversed, charged back, or the subject of a pending return, claim or dispute; (b) the Eligible Transaction has been validated as a completed, commissionable sale through the Promoter's retail partner reporting, and that validation has not since been reversed or withdrawn; (c) the Promoter has verified identity, age, residency and eligibility, and has completed reasonable fraud, integrity and account-standing checks (see clause 12.5); and (d) all required documentation has been provided within the time specified. Where a Set Prize depends on Set Pieces revealed on one or more online orders, including a Set completed on an in-store scan, every one of those orders must satisfy these requirements.

Confirmation depends on the merchant's own return, refund and chargeback windows and on the reporting cycles of the Promoter's retail partners. It commonly takes between 60 and 120 days, and may take longer where a merchant's window is longer, where a return, claim or dispute is pending, or where verification remains outstanding. The Promoter may confirm a prize earlier at its discretion where it is satisfied the underlying Eligible Transaction has cleared. The Application shows an online win as provisional, and the condition it depends on, for that entire period. If an Eligible Transaction underlying a provisional win is cancelled, refunded, reversed or charged back before Confirmation, the provisional win is void, the Mystery Boxes and Chances for that order are dealt with under clause 6.5, and the Set reverts to incomplete, even where it has already been displayed as complete. No prize is payable in that case.

10.3 Claim requirements. Winners must provide any requested information (including proof of identity, age, residency and, where applicable, proof of purchase or the original receipt) within 30 days of being notified that they are (or are eligible to become) a Confirmed Winner, unless a longer period is specified by the Promoter. Winners of prizes valued over $250 may be required to complete and return an eligibility declaration. A winner must also declare that they are not a person who is ineligible to win under clause 5.2, and must provide any information the Promoter reasonably requires to verify that, including the name of any Participating Venue or Participating Trader that they own, manage or work for. If a winner does not complete all required claim steps within that period, the prize is forfeited and dealt with under clause 11.

10.4 Delivery. No online prize is paid while a win remains provisional. Once a participant is a Confirmed Winner, the Promoter pays the prize at its expense by electronic funds transfer to the nominated Australian bank account (subject to clause 8.1 for cash prizes over $1,000) within 30 days of Confirmation, and in any event within one month of Confirmation, and for Victorian residents within 28 days of Confirmation. For the purposes of these Terms, a winner is determined, and a prize is taken to have been awarded, on the date the participant becomes a Confirmed Winner.

10.5 Publication of winners. The Promoter will publish the last name, first initial and postcode of each winner of a prize valued at $250 or more, including any winner under clause 4.2, on the Prizecart website (prizecart.app) within 30 days of the relevant draw or of the close of the Promotion, for a period of 28 days. A winner may request that their name and postcode not be published, and the Promoter will abide by that request. Winners of prizes over $1,000 will additionally be published on the Internet for a minimum of 28 days within 28 days of Confirmation, as required in Victoria. By entering, participants consent to such publication if they win (subject to the opt-out above). If there is no winner of a prize, or a winner cannot be found after reasonable attempts to contact them, the Promoter will publish that information on the Prizecart website within 30 days of the relevant draw or of the close of the Promotion, for a period of 28 days.

11. Unclaimed and Unwon Prizes

11.1 When a prize is "won". A prize is not "won" unless and until the participant becomes a Confirmed Winner. A provisional allocation that is voided due to cancellation, refund, chargeback, ineligibility, fraud or failure to satisfy verification is not an unclaimed prize, and a prize never won during the Season is not an unclaimed prize.

11.2 Unclaimed prizes. An "unclaimed prize" means a prize that has been won but, after reasonable attempts to contact the winner, is not claimed or able to be paid within the time stipulated by the Promoter. The Promoter deals with an unclaimed prize according to the winner's State or Territory: (a) for a winner resident in New South Wales or Queensland, if the prize is still unclaimed three (3) months after the winner was determined, the Promoter will conduct a computerised random redraw among the Chances issued in the Season to award the prize to another eligible participant resident in that State, and will publish the redraw winner under clause 10.5; and (b) for a winner resident in any other State or Territory, the prize is forfeited, the Promoter may deal with it in an appropriate manner, and no cash or other compensation is provided in lieu.

11.3 Unwon prizes. A prize that is not won is not an unclaimed prize. Where a Set Prize (or any remaining number of it) or the Instant Win Prize is not won by the close of the Season on 27 November 2026, it is not awarded, and the Promoter is under no obligation to award, draw, redraw or distribute it or its value to any participant. Holding Set Pieces at the close of the Season, including all but one of the Set Pieces in a Set, or the Rarest piece of a Set, entitles no participant to any prize. This clause does not apply to prizes awarded under clause 4.2 on an early close.

11.4 Records. The Promoter will keep accurate records of the Promotional Period, the Chances issued, the distribution of all prizes, any draw under clause 4.2 or 11.2, and any unclaimed prizes and how they were dealt with, and will retain those records for not less than seven (7) years from the close of the Promotion, available for inspection by the relevant trade promotion authority.

12. Verification & Disqualification

12.1 Verification. The Promoter may verify the identity, age, residency and eligibility of any participant or winner at any time, including by requiring proof of identity, age, residency, Eligible Purchase, the original receipt, and confirmation that no cancellation, refund, reversal or chargeback has occurred. Requested documents must be provided within 14 days (or such other reasonable period specified by the Promoter).

12.2 Disqualification. The Promoter may disqualify a participant on reasonable grounds if the participant: tampers with the operation of the Promotion or platform; uses automated systems, bots, scripts, emulators, virtual or rotating numbers, or fraudulent methods to generate Mystery Boxes, Chances or Set Pieces; scans, or attempts to scan, a receipt that is not an Eligible Receipt as described in clause 6.2, including a receipt that is not for their own purchase and a receipt that has been altered, duplicated, fabricated, digitally created or generated by artificial intelligence; obtains or attempts to obtain Mystery Boxes or Chances with the assistance of a Participating Venue's staff otherwise than by making a genuine purchase; provides false, misleading or incomplete information; creates or controls multiple accounts or identities to circumvent participation limits; engages in a pattern of ordering and then cancelling, refunding, returning, reversing or charging back Eligible Purchases in a manner that materially undermines the fairness or integrity of the Promotion; benefits from a defect or error in the platform; or engages in any other conduct that materially undermines the fairness or integrity of the Promotion. Each participant is permitted only one Prizecart account.

This list is not exhaustive, and conduct need not succeed to fall within it — an attempt is sufficient. The Promoter may exercise its rights under this clause in respect of any account it reasonably determines is linked to or associated with the participant's, whether by shared identity, contact details, payment method, address or device.

12.3 Effect, and recovery after payment. If a participant is disqualified, provisional prize allocations will be void and any prize not yet paid may be withheld.

If a prize has already been paid and the Promoter afterwards determines, acting reasonably and on documented evidence, that it was obtained through conduct described in clause 12.2 or 12.5, on a receipt that was not an Eligible Receipt, through exploitation of a defect or a security incident under clause 7.8, or otherwise in breach of these Terms, the Promoter may recover the prize, or an amount equal to its value, as a debt due and payable, and may set that amount off against any amount otherwise payable to the participant. This right survives the close of the Promotion and the closure of the participant's account.

The Promoter will exercise its rights under this clause in good faith and in accordance with applicable laws. Nothing in this clause limits a participant's rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

12.4 Deferral of scanning pending investigation. Where the Promoter is investigating conduct of the kind described in clause 12.2 in relation to an account, it may defer the scanning of receipts and orders on that account, and defer the display of any outcome, until the investigation is concluded. The Promoter will conduct any such investigation promptly and will notify the affected participant. Mystery Boxes and Chances deferred under this clause remain valid and may be scanned once the investigation concludes in the participant's favour, provided the Promotional Period has not ended. This clause does not permit the Promoter to alter the outcome of any Mystery Box or Chance.

12.5 Account standing. The Promoter may decline to confirm a Provisional Winner, and may withhold, reduce or refuse to pay a prize, where it reasonably determines on the basis of documented evidence that the participant's account is not in good standing, or that the participant's conduct has undermined, or is likely to undermine, the integrity of the Promotion. Without limitation, this includes where: the account shows a pattern of cancellations, refunds, returns, reversals or chargebacks; the participant holds, controls or benefits from more than one account, or the account is linked or associated with another by shared identity, contact details, payment method, address or device; automation, scripting, bots, emulators, virtual or rotating numbers, or any means of interacting with the platform other than as a genuine individual user, have been used in connection with the account; receipts scanned on the account show a pattern inconsistent with genuine personal purchases; Eligible Purchases connected to the outcome do not appear to be genuine consumer purchases, including where they appear to have been placed with an intention to cancel or return; the participant has provided false, misleading or incomplete information at any time; the participant has attempted to interfere with, manipulate, reverse-engineer or exploit any part of the platform, its mechanics or its outcomes, or has benefited from a defect or error; or the participant is ineligible under these Terms.

Before withholding a prize under this clause the Promoter will notify the participant, give its reasons, and allow the participant a reasonable opportunity to respond. The Promoter will act reasonably and in good faith, will keep records of its determination, and will make those records available to the relevant trade promotion authority on request. Nothing in this clause limits a participant's rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its related companies, the Participating Traders and the Participating Venues (and their directors, officers, employees and agents) will not be liable for any loss, expense, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including indirect or consequential loss) incurred in connection with this Promotion or any prize, except that which cannot be excluded by law. By entering, you release the Promoter, the Participating Traders and the Participating Venues from liability arising in connection with this Promotion, but not in respect of any separate purchase contract between you and a Participating Trader or Participating Venue, and not any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights or statutory guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable law. The Promoter is not responsible for technical malfunctions or problems outside its reasonable control, including a receipt that cannot be read.

Tax. The Promoter does not withhold, remit or pay any tax on a winner's behalf in connection with a prize. Each winner is solely responsible for determining and meeting any tax liability arising from receiving a prize, including any income tax, GST or other tax, duty or levy, and for obtaining independent advice. Prize values are stated inclusive of GST where applicable. The Promoter is not liable for any tax consequence of a prize, and no adjustment, gross-up or additional payment will be made on account of tax.

14. Privacy

The Promoter collects personal information from entrants to conduct the Promotion and provide prizes, including information provided at entry (such as name, contact details, date of birth and purchase details), images of receipts scanned in store and the purchase details extracted from them, and details collected for prize payment. Receipt images are used to validate purchases and issue Chances, are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for that purpose and for the investigation of any suspected breach of these Terms, and are then deleted. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy (available at https://prizecart.app/privacy) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The Promoter may share information with third parties to facilitate the Promotion (for example, providing a winner's details to a payment provider) and with State and Territory trade promotion authorities as required under the relevant trade promotion legislation. Participating Venues receive only aggregated information about scans at their venue and do not receive participants' personal information. The Promoter will not sell entrants' personal information. Entrants may access, update or correct their personal information by contacting privacy@prizecart.app.

15. General

15.1 Intellectual property. All Promotion materials, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. By participating, each winner agrees that the Promoter may use the winner's first name, last-name initial and State/Territory for the purpose of announcing results, without further consent or compensation, unless otherwise requested by the winner.

15.2 Publicity. Winners may be asked (but are not obliged) to take part in reasonable promotional activities; participation is voluntary and refusal will not affect the awarding of the prize.

15.3 No third-party endorsement. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any manufacturer of the products depicted in Set artwork or any social media platform on which Promotion information may be shared.

15.4 Amendment. The Promoter may amend these Terms to address errors, comply with legal requirements, or ensure fairness, subject to applicable law. Material amendments will be communicated via the Prizecart website and the Application. The number of Mystery Boxes for each spend band, the likelihood of each outcome of a Mystery Box and of a Chance (except as stated in clause 7.2), the prizes and the maximum numbers in Schedule B will not be changed during the Promotional Period.

15.5 Permits and authorisations. This Promotion is conducted as a permitted or authorised trade promotion in each Eligible State and Territory, under the authorities listed in Schedule A item F and in accordance with the conditions applying in each relevant jurisdiction.

15.6 Advertising. All advertising of the Promotion will comply with the requirements of each relevant State and Territory. This clause applies to advertising of the Promotion by any person, including by a Participating Trader, Participating Venue or other third party promoting the Promotion through its own channels; the Promoter requires any such party to comply with it, to use only materials supplied or approved by the Promoter, and to carry the Promoter's name and the applicable authority number on all advertising material. In particular, advertising will identify the Promoter and, where required, the applicable permit or licence number, the duration of the Promotion, the nature and value of the prizes to be won, and how the full Terms may be obtained. Advertising will not be directed at minors, will not imply that the Promotion is a means of improving a person's financial position or relieving financial difficulties, will not exaggerate the prizes or chances of winning, will not present the chances of winning in a manner that cannot be verified, will not suggest that winning is a definite outcome of entering, will not suggest that a participant is close to, or due, a prize, will not imply that skill can influence the outcome, and will not associate the Promotion with excessive alcohol consumption. The Promotion is not offered by any Participating Venue as an inducement to consume alcohol or to gamble, and no Chance is issued in connection with the play of a gaming machine.

15.7 Governing law. These Terms and the conduct of the Promotion are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and each entrant submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. If any provision is invalid in a particular State or Territory, it applies to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions continue in effect.

15.8 Acceptance. By participating, you accept these Terms. The Promoter's decisions regarding the Promotion are final and binding, subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction of the relevant trade promotion authorities and courts. Disputes concerning the conduct of the Promotion or the claiming of a prize should be raised with the Promoter at support@prizecart.app; the Promoter will respond within 14 days and, where a dispute is not resolved, the participant may refer it to the relevant State or Territory trade promotion authority or consumer protection agency.
